Fits nice but not keen on the protection all the way up to waist on the back with the seams as can't wear with fitted clothing

I really dislike this product - if I could give less than 1 star I probably would. Unfortunately I bought 3 pairs. They don’t feel high-waisted (the waist band is well below my belly button), the overall fabric is very stiff, the gusset is far too wide and stiff and they were very obvious under my sports gear. I actually wore a pair to gym to give them a fair go but I found them very uncomfortable and made me feel incredibly self conscious. I don’t think they deliver what they say they do.

For tall people the mid height is too low. It keeps rolling down.

Size is too loose around the top of legs and after wearing for an hour become baggy and loose in crutch.

Look & feel good. Not happy about not being able to put in washing machine.

We recommend popping them in a wash bag and washing with your regular detergent. Just avoid bleach and fabric softeners, as these can affect the absorbency. They’re not suitable for the hot dryer, so we recommend line drying. 💕
I bought 3 pairs of the high-waisted version but I don’t find them high enough - I like high-waisted to be around my belly button, these are a long way below. They sit too low to wear to the gym under activewear. Disappointed.

I expected them to be high waisted and for me (could be my body shape) they are not high waisted. The seam shows under my gym pants, the seam where the gussett part goes all the way to the waist band. I didn't think they felt comfortable but I will keep trying them.
I feel like this are a different size to the other pair I bought, they feel smaller so they don't really fit
Customer service was great, replacing my order with a larger size, however they feel plasticky, and quite bulky. Don’t like the feel of them
Very comfortable. True to size. And they work well for a bit of bladder leakage.
The fit is perfect, I like the feel of the fabric and it has given me confidence when out and about. Much better than wasting money on liners which I used just in case it was a day I might have needed them. Initially I thought they looked big and bulky but they certainly aren’t and look like normal pants when wearing them.

The underwear are huge. Like a nappy. Tried unsuccessfully to have them returned. Emailed many times. In the end I just returned them to the PO Box. Never heard back from them. Waste of money.

They feel nice and great to wear. They certainly stop leaks going through to clothing. They are amazing if good at that. The issue I have experienced is the do not keep me dry, after slight leak I feel wet. The outside is completely dry. This may be the product is not suited to my situation as I feel it’s a good product however, I did go through 3 pairs to keep dry and have to wash in between. I am hoping this feedback is useful for further enhancing the product.
I love the fabric and the quality! My only recommendation would be to also do another style where the black gusset doesn’t go so far up the back. For women who wear them to avoid wearing liners

I’m loving my new ShineSister purchase, never thought underwear could be so comfortable.
Firstly the shipping was extremely slow. I was beginning to think my order was lost. When it finally arrived I was quite pleased with the look but comfort was not so great. I also felt as effective as the underwear is. The odour is an issue. Back to the pads for me sadly 😞

Beautiful fabric & I love the no seams. Although even though I ordered small, I found the legs way too big so they were uncomfortable on & creeped. I am a standard size 10 so thought the small size should have been perfect. Shame, but just can't but up with the pants creeping up.
