Australia - Free Shipping on Orders Over $99
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99
For orders under $99, a shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
United Kingdom - Free Shipping on Orders Over £48
We offer free shipping on all orders over £48.
For orders under £48, a shipping fee of £4.99 will apply.
Shipping Times
- Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed.
- Shipping times are between 5-10 business days from the date of dispatch.
We now ship internationally, using various courier companies to ensure your orders arrive as quickly as possible. To speed up delivery, orders are dispatched directly from our ShineSister factory overseas. International shipping times are also within 6-10 business days. Please note that during national holidays, international holidays, or sales periods, shipping may incur delays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. We recommend using the Aftership tracking app or the "Track My Order" link on our website to track your order. Aftership Link Click Here
If we send your order via signature-required post, please note that we are not responsible for the package in the rare case that it goes missing or is stolen if you opt for 'Authority to Leave' delivery.
Pre-Orders If your order includes a pre-ordered item (indicated next to the product name in brackets), the shipping timeframe starts from the pre-order dispatch date.
Potential Shipping Delays While couriers generally meet the expected delivery times, there can be rare instances where delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we will do our best to follow up with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost in Transit? If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days, please contact us, and we will launch an investigation with the courier.
Change of Address If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out as soon as possible. We can make the change if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we are unable to retrieve packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
International Shipping We currently ship to Australia, and the United Kingdom, with plans to expand to more countries in the future.
Import Duties or Fees No additional custom taxes or duties are expected on your order.
